Award Eligibility

The Clean & Beautiful Community Award Competition recognizes efforts by Tri-State communities, businesses, volunteers, and organizations to make our neighborhoods more clean and safe. The competition is concerned, specifically, with innovative projects and community events that reduce litter, further recycling and beautification efforts, or address quality of life and sustainability issues related to overall community improvement.

All entered projects and events must have occurred (at least in part) between October 2014- September 2015. Community groups are welcome to enter multiple projects into different categories, but individual projects may only be entered once. Please note that award categories have changed.

All entries must be submitted digitally via the online entry form (links below). Exceptions will be given with prior approval only. Contact Liz McEwan (352-4384) to discuss submitting a hard-copy entry.

Award Notification & Presentation

All winners will be recognized at the Just Desserts award ceremony and reception on November 12, 2015. Winners will not be announced until the ceremony. All entrants will be invited to the event and are encouraged to invite, as guests, those closely involved in the entered project or event. All attendees must RSVP for Just Desserts by the date on the forthcoming invitation. Entrants and invited guests will be limited to eight persons per community group.

All entries become the property of KCB. Keep Cincinnati Beautiful has the right to eliminate or change project categories. All cash prizes must be invested back into the community.
