CONTEST DESCRIPTION:
During the week after the 2009 Great American Cleanup, communities had the opportunity to send us their best cleanup/beautifying photos: cleanup groups, before/after areas, piles of trash collected, unusual items, the results of a beautification effort, kids helping, etc.
