CINCINNATI - Join Keep Cincinnati Beautiful at Riverfest to keep our beautiful riverfront clean!

At this annual end-of-summer bash, trashcans are always bursting at the seams and in the excitement of the fireworks show, you might forget to clean up the cups and wrappers from the food you enjoyed all day. After past Riverfest events, the riverfront has looked like a landfill, but you can make a difference. This year, bring a trash bag from home or pick one up from the Cincinnati Fire and Safety tent between 1:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., compliments of Keep Cincinnati Beautiful. The Cincinnati Fire and Safety tent is located in the tunnel between Yeatman's Cove and Sawyer Point. You can also pick up a pocket ashtray - cigarette butts are litter, too, so dispose of them properly. After you've packed your trash bag, just set it next to one of the Riverfest waste containers.
